Everpure’s QC71 Single-MC2 uses a QC71 single filter head and one MC2 cartridge (also known as MC2) to ensure your fountain beverages are supplied with clean water that tastes great and is free of harmful contaminants. The MC2 cartridge reduces the taste and odor of chlorine and other contaminants, in addition to removing asbestos fibers, total dissolved solids and cysts like giardia and cryptosporidium. Not only does the MC2 cartridge improve the taste of your fountain beverages, but it will also help retain the drink’s carbonation.
The MC2 uses Everpure’s MicroPure II media, which inhibits and prevents bacterial growth. Because the filter media isn’t exposed, it isn’t possible to contaminate the filter during installation or handling.
Installing the MC2 cartridge is a breeze, thanks to the included QC7I Single Filter Head. The QC7I mounts directly to any flat surface using the included bracket and screws. The head also includes a built-in water pressure gauge and a built-in water shutoff valve.
