The 3M Aqua-Pure AP917HD 5621003 is the direct replacement for the AP917R water filter cartridge and fits the 3M Aqua-Pure AP903 Whole House Filter System. It is one of the optimal whole house water filter cartridges on the entire water filter market. The 3M Aqua-Pure AP917HD compatible water filter features high flow rates up to 20 gallons per minute (GPM) using 1″ FNPT inlet/outlet water line connections.
The 3M Aqua-Pure AP917HD compatible is a carbon block filter which reduces the bad taste and odor of chlorine as well as sediment and other impurities (dirt, rust, etc) down to the 5 micron level. This whole house water filter cartridge has a 100,000 gallon capacity or up to one year life which reduces the multi-year replacement required with most water filter cartridges.
